This was taken on Playa-del-este of Havana. I totally had no idea what it is. But my Cuban friend kept telling me it's dangerous. Don't touch it.
Today, everything is clear. I was watching NGC and it's a program about the most dangerous animal in Central America. This creature is called "Portuguese man-of-war" 葡萄牙戰艦 or 僧帽水母. I have heard it's very poisonous but didn't realize that I have seen it on a Cuban beach many years ago!
Don't you think it's beautiful and just like a plastic toy? Luckily I didn't touch it with my hands.
